Responsibilities:
- Providing entertaining casino experiences to the clients by rendering pleasant services and professional organization of games at tables
- Interact with managers to share concerns and information as well as any misconduct or suspicious behaviour during the course of gameplay
- Monitor game pace and play while maintaining a positive and fun environment for Casino guests
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Dealer in the land-based Casino
- English on the communication level; any other language will be considered an asset
- Required to complete a pre-employment background check successfully
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays and day / night shifts
- Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- Service-minded with excellent communications skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to work as part of a team and be adaptable to changing business needs
