Tasks and responsibilities
• You will create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, and you are a
good role model for the team by being a precise and reliable;
• You are responsible for your team fulfilling agreed targets, e.g., KPIs, so you need to create the
conditions for your team to be able to achieve those targets;
• In this role you organize the daily work of the team like creating work schedules, finding
replacements, stepping in if necessary, organizing team meetings;
• Competent and well-trained team is important, so you will organize trainings for the team
members, incl. creating instructions and coaching sessions with every team member;
• You are responsible for your teams’ personnel issues such as running recruitments to find new
team members holding performance dialogs and maintaining a good team spirit;
• In addition, you are actively identifying improvement opportunities and taking the initiative to
implement these improvements with a purpose of making the work more efficient;
• You will be responsible to optimize the work and provide excellent service for customers and
stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Required languages: English speaking C1 (proficient language user) - very good, writing C1

• Experience with SAP is an advantage;
