Schüco Denmark is looking for a new Country Manager for the Danish market to drive commercial activities and provide technical expertise to their customers, partners, architects, and developers.

As Country Manager Denmark, you will report to the General Manager Europe North & Baltic. You will manage the Danish sales team while strengthening and developing the Danish market through close long-term customer relations.

Among others, the responsibilities in the position include coaching and guiding the sales team and developing a dynamic and stable work environment with a strong team spirit. You and your team will focus on the continuous development of the commercial activities in the Danish market, maintaining and strengthening the close and long-term partner and stakeholder relations.

Excellent construction always has a solid foundation. You have a technical professional or educational background, perhaps within architecture or structural engineering. You have experience in the construction industry and the collaborations and dynamics between the many actors in the business. Further, you are experienced in solution sales, technical sales and support, business development, and leading by example.

Travelling: Primary one-day travels within Denmark, periodically travel activities to the German HQ and fairs.
