As Head of HR at Stibo DX, you will be responsible for all HR matters, and recruitment is high on the agenda. You will build up a professional and valued HR function. You are expected to develop an effective and implementable strategy for HR, which will support the business on all levels, primarily in Denmark and subsidiaries outside Denmark.
With a direct report to the CEO, you will be part of the Management team, and a trusted and close sparring partner to all managers in Stibo DX.
The strategy for the coming years has focused on growth, organisational development, and further development of the company. As Head of HR, you will play a key role in implementing this and developing the organisation to fit the future demand for human capacity. Recruitment and onboarding of highly skilled specialists, mainly in Denmark, will be a key issue.
Your main tasks are:
You come with a minimum of 5 years of experience from similar roles with a proven track record in a growing environment, preferably with experience in IT, engineering, software, or other technology companies. You also have exceptional recruitment skills, solid experience with recruitment processes, and spotting the right talent outside Denmark. You also have a good understanding of employment law. A broad HR toolbox is required.
You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, e.g., HR, Business Administration, or a related field. However, practical experience and a proven track record are most important. A high level of both spoken and written Danish and English is required.
You are a person with a great drive, solid situational awareness, and a high sense of responsibility. Most importantly, you are a team player who knows and understands the importance of winning together. Furthermore, you are empathic, calm, robust, reliable, and know the importance of confidentiality.
