We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven People (HR) Partner at our headquarters, to support one of our business functions. Our People (HR) Partner is a key player for both our HR and our many Global, Corporate business functions. The duties of the role, include the full ownership of HR wheel activities, recruiting the right talent, supporting strategic HR initiatives, running workshops and presentations, and sparring with leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Partnering with Senior/ Global HRBPs (who support Top Managers/ Senior VP´s from Global and Corporate functions) on the implementation of the functions People Strategy
  • Building strong relationships with functional Leaders and sparring on Leadership
  • Working with the regional People Partnering Organization on the day-to-day delivery of people processes and resolving complex cases
  • Working closely with HR professionals and specialists, across Centre’s of Excellence and shared services
  • Driving the delivery of all annual HR Cycle activities for a function, including annual performance management, compensation, succession planning and development
  • Identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement for Leaders, by drawing on people insights from available reports
  • Delivering workshops and presentations for Leadership teams on different HR topics
  • Participating in recruitment projects
  • Acting as talent broker to encourage the transfer of individuals from one part of the organization to another

We are looking for:

  • 2-4 years’ experience from working for a large global organization, with fully implemented and complex matrix organizational structures
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a HRBP from a mid-to-large size organization
  • Solid experience as a HR generalist and of HR wheel activities in a corporate environment: Performance management processes; Salary review processes; Employee engagement processes; Talent review processes
  • A demonstrated passion for business partnering and for supporting Leaders on delivering a great Management experience
  • Great change management, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • The ability to take ownership and to act autonomously; A collaborative working style; and a team player attitude
  • A resilient personality that can cope with organizational complexity, change, uncertainty, and a HR set-up that is still being implemented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
