We are currently looking for a Regional Lead Logistics Product Manager to be an integral part of the LLP growth success for Maersk. Being Scandanvia (SCA) Regional LLP Product Manager you will be the subject matter expert supporting the local sales organizations to win LLP opportunities.

You will have a chance to act as a key partner to the Sales organization through Product ownership and subject matter expertise. The LLP Product Manager identifies market trends, opportunities and customer needs. You will have a unique opportunity to own the execution of SCA LLP initiatives and strategy within the Area and facilitate collaboration across existing products, delivery and sales.

In addition, you will support the Regional LLP Product Head in delivering the aggressive growth strategy of the Maersk group, both through new business acquisition and optimizing/expanding the existing LLP portfolio

Key responsibilities


• Supporting the result delivery derived from sales activities within the targeted LLP account portfolio. Through identifying, qualifying, consulting, developing value propositions and selling large scale and complex LLP solutions within defined vertical industries.
• Implementation and compliance of all relevant approved Maersk commercial ‘ways of working’ blueprints and all associated tools, to continuously drive results from Key Clients.
• Ensures that Value Propositions sold are fully scoped with robust pre and post-sales engagement and commitment from commercial, solutions, pricing and operational pursuit team members.
• Product development and innovation prioritization aligned with LLP Regional and Global product management, IT and Delivery.
• Engage pro-actively in the sales process for Area LLP opportunities, to act both as a sales differentiator and a safe-guard on operational viability of the LLP solutions sold.
• On a regular basis, join the sales teams on client visits to get a better understanding of customer needs, explain market conditions, act as a subject matter expert regarding the LLP product.
• Promote the LLP product to the business and act as subject matter expert internally and externally.
• Adopting and sharing of best practices.
• Build market and product knowledge and ensure this information is shared with all relevant stakeholders, sales and colleagues in the wider business.

We are looking for


• Seasoned Commercial expert ideally from within LLP and/or Maersk’s industry.
• Strong experience in selling to large and complex Supply Chain customers at the “Regional Director Level”
• Significant experience in International Supply Chain with ability to understand how supply chain solutions may be leveraged to deliver strategic intent across all functions of a client’s business.
• Must be able to also engage and empathise with less senior influencers and users.
• Proven ability to deeply and broadly build an understanding of target customers’ strategic intent and current position, thereafter identifying opportunities for partnership with associated stakeholders.
• Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities from existing and new customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts.
• Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
• Strong LLP operational background and understanding, incl. extensive knowledge of technologies that support LLP processes.
• Expert level ability to assess commercial/business risk versus reward, coupled with effective and decisive decision making.
• Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills.
• Consummate communicator and presenter.
• Intellectual, strong organisational and planning skills: can translate strategies to plans to results.
• Well-developed Negotiation skills.
• Strong internal stakeholder management.
