Maersk Spot product is designed to provide customers with an instant, self-serve transport solution. We understand that our customers need efficient and transparent solutions. They need an intuitive buying journey with fair prices and a promise they can trust. We also know that this is not yet the standard in our industry. Therefore, we are inviting an experienced product manager to join us in raising the bar and disrupting the industry for good.

We need a product manager that displays empathy, loves solving hard problems using design thinking, and who will always put the customer in the centre.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and deriving customer insights through qualitative and quantitative methods
• Creating value propositions that are desirable (to customers), viable (in context of our business) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to build it)
• Collaborating with platform, engineering, and functional counterparts to discover and develop product features
• Prioritizing and sizing requirements, with an in depth understanding of company strategy and priorities
• Owning the go to market strategy and roll out of products, features, and improvements
• Managing and improving the financial performance of the product
• Maturing and growing products at the right time in the product life cycle
• Sunsetting products and features

About You

• Solid product management skills
• A minimum of 2 years of product management experience in an international SaaS company
• Proven experience translating customer needs into engineering requirements
• Ability to conceptualize, handle, and prioritize multiple projects
• Previous experience with taking ownership and bringing results
• Previous experience with collaborating with Engineers and Designers to discover, develop, and deliver product solutions
• A good presenter who can communicate to people of varied technical ability
• Experience facing customers and understanding the root cause of product inputs
