We – Maersk Special Projects & Logistics - are now building a team to handle a special project part of a global customer. The position will be located in Aarhus.

Key responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be a part of a team of 50 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Special Project Logistics product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers. The position & team is newly established and require an entrepreneurial mindset.

Together with the new team you will play a key role in designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordination of various projects for our customers as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.

Your main responsibilities will, among others, be:
• Coordination and planning of solutions for our global customer
• Project coordination and execution, including on ground supervision globally
• Leading the Continuous improvement towards our customers via innovative daily cooperation with various stakeholders of our customers
• Ability to travel to various locations of execution.

The strong candidate has:

- Proven Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency in English

- Other language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
- A collaborative mindset with a “can do” attitude
- Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
- Ability to be flexible when needed as our job is not always 8-16
- Ability to travel approx. 30-40 days a year
