The offer
As the Head of Sanctions Change, Group Financial Crime Prevention your role involves securing high quality deliveries out of change initiatives to help the bank build sustainable capability in managing its Sanctions Compliance risk. You will lead the team responsible for delivering initiatives to the GFCP Sanctions organisation and the broader Business Areas of the bank. You will be willing to strengthen the change management processes, recruit and develop your team and support the Sanctions Leadership Team in implementing a Sanctions Program across the bank. You will be expected to have a strong grasp of change methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall and have experience with both business and technical change. You will be exceptional at stakeholder management recognising the need for change management to imbed changes with change receivers.
We are passionate, professional and focused on doing the right thing. You will be leading a capability build in this area working alongside stakeholders across the Nordics, Poland & Estonia.
