We are now looking foran engaging Leader with a passion for IT Security. You will manage IAM Engineering, an area with developers, an architect, IT Analysts, SMEs and Product Owners. This is an opportunity for you to work with strengthening IT Security related to identity and access management. High level security requirements need to be turned into IAM processes and solutions protecting our data as one of the most important challenges the bank is facing.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the IAM Engineering team.
As Head of IAM Engineering, you will lead a unit of approximately 25 people across the Nordics and Poland and take on a central role in further build and develop the IAM Engineering unit. The unit currently consists of two teams, each of the teams has a leader that will report to you.
You will ensure that your team cooperates and perform at the highest possible level, and it is important that you can operate on different levels of the organisation. You create roadmaps and communicate clearly and effectively to the unit about the strategic and tactical plans. You are involved in technical dialogues about IAM solutions, maintenance and operational issues both inside and outside the team.
To succeed in this journey, you need to build the capabilities of the unit on the existing people, processes and tools while firmly and inspirationally leading to another level of performance and to successfully attracting new talents needed. You need to partner with other units across IT in the bank and being able to operate fluidly in highly complex, matrix organizations.

You design and implement strategic and tactical plans and set targets for the unit as well as for your direct reporting managers. You ensure that your direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to the strategy and you will also keep your organisation well informed.
It is important that you have the ability to translate risk and information security topics into business language and vice versa.

You will be working out of one of our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen or in Tri-city in Poland. Ability to travel is expected. Local residence/residence permit is a must.
