Key Responsibilities

You will simulate and examine the flow of the more than one million containers moving through the network in the West Coast Latin America market.

You reveal whether our customers’ business can move faster, more reliably or more efficiently - and you make it happen together with the other Flow Managers in other regions or even other brands.

You determine if we have sufficient capacity, and you are a critical part of new network design with the Network & Market Managers providing data and customer insights necessary for the best possible solutions.

You enable change in how we work – continuously improving how we handle flow planning, data analysis and decisions.

You contribute to project work where your skills are needed or where your interests lie. We encourage people to pursue diverse and inspiring work.

Who we are looking for

You have +3 years’ experience from a similar role creating results with others through effective engagement and data usage.

You have great analytical skills and structure, able to process large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data.

You are a positive and self-motivated person who sees opportunities to make an impact, not problems.

You are a true collaborator and able to both support and question stakeholders across teams, functions and brands to achieve the best overall result.

You have great communication skills and are able to convey complicated issues in both written and oral English.
