Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the SAP solution within Maersk Transport and Logistics business
• Support solution deployment across preparation, explore and realization phases
• Design, implement and maintain project tooling like Jira, SAP Solution Manager
• Work in an agile environment with program/project managers, business product owners and engineering teams
• Planning and executing SAP releases leveraging tools like Jira, SAP Solution manager Focused Build
• Manage and follow product backlog, including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
• Work closely with product teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• Provide project management support
• Proactively manage deployment risks and drive mitigations
• To be successful, you need to ensure deliverables match needs of stakeholders and we meet business outcomes within budget and defined timeline

We are looking for

You are a strong Project Manager who has a good understanding of Technology implementations across multiple process areas and you also understand how large complex, global, multi-year deployments are run.

Your knowledge and experience of Agile methods, including tools like Jira for backlogs/user stories management will be an excellent base for this role, as will your strong background in PMO Support.

You can create project plans, and you understand the flow between cadence. Your excellent stakeholder management skills mean you are able to move projects on smoothly across various parts of the business, and you can manage RISK in trackers.

You are structured, and have a highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills and have flexibility to work on different time-zones.
