Opportunity

This role in responsible for the product management on area level (Nordic Area - Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland & Baltics). This includes but is not limited to air freight spot pricing activities (incl. analytics), trade lane development, GP performance management, commercial engagements, gateway co-loading ratio and product development (e.g. verticals). The position is located in Sweden or Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Regional/Area responsibility for all Air Freight Pricing activities
  
  
• Set-up selling rates (MSR and SSR) / Systems / Strategy / Margin setting
  
  
• Interface with Global Tender Management team (Define RFQ strategy / rates levels / where to play)
  
  
• Area Management of the Gateway set-up
  
  
• Roll-out / Performance / Optimization / Management
  
  
• Set GP improvement targets by gateway
  
  
• Product Management
  
  
• Identify market trends, opportunities and customer needs
  
  
• Develop new products, e.g. specific new vertical solutions
  
  
• Set-up new Trade Lanes in cooperation with areas
  
  
• Create account specific development plans
  
  
• Performance Management
  
  
• Improve GP profitability for Air Freight
  
  
• Commercial engagement
  
  
• Support on sales visits / QBR’s / Deliver product knowledge
  
  
• General / Various
  
  
• Support organization in cross selling initiatives, especially in connection with BCO
  
  
• Roll-out global initiatives and strategy
  
  
• Support Area organisations with Air Freight expertise and build bridges between Product, Operations and Commercial
  
  
• Deliver product support material (presentations, flyers, movies, market updates etc).
