Team Leader, Soft Facility - [xxxxx] Warehouse

NORMAL has, since the start in 2013, been growing fast. Currently there are almost 400 stores in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, France, and Finland. This growth also means that the warehouse operation is growing rapidly and therefore we want to strengthen our Facility and Maintenance department with a Team leader for Soft Facility.

About the position:

As a Team leader for Soft Facility you will be a part of the Maintenance and Facility department, who has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the warehouse and the equipment is operational, well maintained, and ready to use.

The newly created position will cover several areas, but the main task is to lead the warehouse cleaning and pallet sorting team on our three shifts Monday-Friday. Currently the team consists of 10 people, but it is expected to increase in the near future. The team is responsible for internal waste collection, keeping the warehouse tidy and pallet sorting.

Other responsibilities for the position include the optimization and day-to-day handling of our warehouse waste management, outdoor cleaning, and subcontracted tasks such as pest control.

Qualifications:

Your qualifications for this position may have been obtained in different ways but most important is that you are a dedicated leader preferably with at least a few years of leader experience.

Experience and knowledge from warehouse operation, logistics or facility management is advantageous.

Working hours:

As the position covers 3 shifts, the working hours will vary from day to day. However, most of the working hours will be 07:00 to 15:00 o’clock.

Place of work:

You will be employed both at our warehouse in Gedved and our new warehouse in Hedensted. In the end of 2022, we will start to install equipment in the new warehouse and from the beginning of 2023 we will start operation in Hedensted.
