Location: The Nordic Cluster head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. For the right candidate, we are flexible on the location of the role within the Nordic Cluster countries.

Join a regional leader as we embark on an industry-defining digital transformation that will revolutionize trade. You will play a vital part in our success, managing business transformation within our Nordic Cluster (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), while building the experience to advance your career. As a member of the Cluster Leadership Team, you will represent the Cluster’s needs within the Sealand Europe and Mediterranean organization. You will report directly to the Head of Market Management in HQ Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as market expert within the Nordic Cluster and provide product and market specific insights to larger organization

  • Own overall Cluster performance and business portfolio transformation targets

  • Identify and prioritize which products are needed to service our customers better and enable the growth journey we are on, in collaboration with Local product teams

  • Develop a local strategy for how to achieve transformation and growth targets that align with overall direction for Sealand Europe and Mediterranean

  • Provide direction to Cluster sales teams

  • Contribute to the cross-Cluster Market Management Community to strengthen collaboration and overall performance

  • Support with developing customer value propositions in collaboration with Vertical Leads


What we look for:

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills – essential for collaborating with colleagues across countries

  • Strong market knowledge and understanding within at least a part of the Nordic Cluster markets (such as macro economic factors, trends and outlook) as well as commercial acumen

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence without authority and conflict resolution

  • Resilience, ability to persist and adapt despite challenges

  • Experience within Logistics sector is a plus

  • Product development knowledge is an asset


Practical requirements

  • Travel within the Nordic Cluster is to be expected
