Nordea is looking for a Head of Data Governance to Nordea Asset Management.
The Data Governance in Nordea Asset Management (NAM) has been designed to support the business in NAM organisation and its customers by being the competence centre on data framework and data governance. The cross-functional team is responsible for building up a resilient and business oriented data management structure. The team will secure alignment with the NAM’s business needs as well as compliant with the regulatory requirements applicable to NAM and the requirements of the Nordea Group. The team works closely together with the other teams within Data, IT and Information Security Office of NAM, as well as with the technology and business units and Asset and Wealth Management. Thea teams aim at applying best practice methodology in the industry as well as regulatory, compliance and audit requirements.
About this opportunity
You will be a key player in defining and shaping NAM’s Data Governance framework by setting the future strategic direction for this area in NAM and be the main driver to bring the Data Governance in NAM to the next level.
You will be responsible for continuing maturing the NAM’s data governance position using a risk based approach:
