Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver the overall training content preparation

• To create and maintain and best of class training concept for different user groups across Inland platform i.e., end users, super user, and internal tech resources.
• Responsible and manage the training team
• Own the Technical training environment
• Prepare logistics, deliver and Own training for overall Inland TMS
• Ability and flexibility to adapt the training materials to sessions of varying lengths and audience sizes who possess varying skill sets
• Work closely with Inland product management teams to update training materials and create delta classes as new releases are rolled out.

• Analyze training needs and develop strategies to improve courses and documentation
• Strong facilitation/oral presentation skills
• Ability to travel on occasion
• Ability to provide complex systems training in a classroom setting

• Experience delivering instructor led training in a remote fashion using Teams or other eLearning tools
• Develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training material to support training
• Plan and execute the development and delivery of training webinars, briefings, and question and answer sessions

• Seed/load and test training data

• Proactively manage, report, and troubleshoot issues that occur while training

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management / S/4 HANA
