As part of our international growth strategy, we now have a new position as Country Manager in Germany with the responsibility for our B2B sales development to key accounts and independent dealers in this market. As our new Country Manager, you will play a key role as dedicated brand ambassador, in the development of our wholesale distribution in Germany. You will be responsible for taking Woodbird as a brand into its next phase of future growth in this market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All wholesale activities in Germany, including budgeting, planning and reaching sales targets.
  • Coordinating and scheduling showroom appointments ahead of sales campaigns
  • Providing excellent service and support to our customers and key accounts
  • Providing brand and collection training to staff
  • Participate at the Fashion Weeks in Copenhagen

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • 2-4 years relevant wholesale experience with a good understanding of the fashion market
  • Able to think strategically and build plans to exploit new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiating and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • You are a self-starter who possess a commercial mind-set and gets a kick out of exceeding sales targets
  • You are independent, passionate, energetic, and highly competitive
  • You are proactive and enthusiastic, a role model to the rest of the team at Woodbird
  • You have a mature, informal and calm personality
  • You are empathetic with strong emotional intelligence
  • You are loyal and a good sparring partner
