We are looking for a Head of Business Banking KYC Support DK, to drive and support the team to deliver on the demands of the Know Your Customer (KYC) activities for our Business Banking customers within Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP). About this opportunity

Know Your Customer (KYC) provides the framework for ensuring that we know whom we are doing business with, where their money comes from and the purpose of the transactions. A robust KYC process is the key element in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF). KYC Services helps gather and maintain up-to-date KYC information, understand any risks, and take appropriate actions to manage the risk for all types of customers in the bank.

Regulatory demands are constantly increasing in the Financial Crime area and KYC Services is growing as a result and working towards a target that is constantly changing.

In order to support the rapidly increasing number of employees in the unit and to keep focus on high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment, we are now looking for a Head of BB KYC Support DK who can contribute to the creation of a sustainable high-performance unit.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a recently established KYC Services BB country-unit for Denmark, leading a team of specialists and would be reporting to the Head of KYC Services BB DK. Ideally the role will be based in Århus, but other locations in Denmark could be considered.
