If so, apply now. We are looking for a team leader to manage our team in Prague and provide effective leadership.

About the job
As Team Leader You will be responsible for the day to day supervision, management and motivation of team members. As a Team Leader you will be the point of contact for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure the smooth running of the team and effective collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Responsible for ticket and incident are handled by queue coordinator
  • Coordination and planning of tasks between the Operations Team and other teams
  • Ensure team adhere to management prioritization and our way of working
  • Drive the team continuously, working towards set objectives and initiatives
  • Assess stability, security, and scalability of Windows systems
  • Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s)
  • Create, manage, and evolve polices, processes and procedures
  • Contribute on continuous improvement of our services & way of working
  • Keep up to date with advancements in technology
  • Individual interviews with employees

About our Global Operations Centre
Our Global Operations Centre is the entry point for customer technical enquiries. Inquiries come in via phone, email, monitoring and web portal. Together with several other tech teams in Aarhus, Herning, Copenhagen, Prague, and the Philippines, we take care of the customer-facing functions as well as the primary server operations. We are the customers' primary point of contact for systems operations. We focus on high service and stable operation, and we ensure this by proactive monitoring of customers' systems. Besides our normal operation tasks, we are also an important part of our security operations where we proactive look at potential vulnerability.

The Global Operations Centre is a dynamic, fresh, and experienced team used to communicating and operating in a challenging environment with high responsibility for many servers, processes, and customers. The team supports our customers 24/7, so you should expect alternating work hours (day, evening, night, and weekends).

What do you bring?
We expect you to have an IT technical background combined with experience in both management and coordination, perhaps you have been a project manager on smaller projects.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
  • Have experience in personnel management
  • Are structured and exhibit a follow-up and proactive style
  • Are able to keep track in a hectic environment where priorities and assessments are constantly needed
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are positive and open-minded and good at building relationships with colleagues and partners
  • With your professional approach, you will motivate and develop your staff while maintaining high uptime of the IT platform.
