The Quality Europe Team has recently been established to support the strategic journey within Life Sciences at NNIT. Your responsibilities:

In general, you will be involved in small to large, scaled projects. Your first assignment will be to get involved in an enterprise project providing SME competencies within Veeva Vault QualityDocs. You will be instrumental in the design phase where your understanding of the customers desired outcome and ability to guide the customer in a successful direction is essential.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Understand and translate customer needs into solutions
• Facilitate workshops in the design phase
• Provide guidance and recommendations to achieve best fit and best practice
• Clarify document structure, requirements, and principles
• Clarify data mapping and data clean-up strategy and facilitate execution
• Plan and facilitate test execution
• Facilitate bridging the solution to business processes
• Support identifying functional and technical gaps between the legacy and source system
• Overall keep focus on realizing the desired benefits

Your qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the field of Quality or Regulatory
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality system requirements
• Experience with facilitating online workshops and maneuvering among stakeholders
• Experience with IT systems supporting QMS (document and process management)
• Proven experience in implementing or supporting the Veeva Vault QualityDocs (a must)
• Domain expertise within Documentum is preferred
• Consulting/Advisory experience and mindset
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written), fluency in German is a plus

Location:

It is possibile to work fully remotely from any place in Germany or Switzerland. If you live in Denmark, you may be expected to come to our office in Copenhagen (with possibility to have flexible work arrangements)

Language:

Fluency in oral and written English is a must. German, French and/or Danish is beneficial.

Mobility:

Travel must be expected but will be kept to necessary business trips.
