As Head of Group Finance at Forenede Holding A/S, you will be responsible for the group consolidation of all finances in the subsidiaries and passing this on to group management and the board of directors in strategic management reporting. With a direct report to the CFO, you will be a trusted and close sparring partner to all managers and stakeholders in Forenede Holding A/S. In your daily work, you enjoy being hands-on and at the same time being close to the decision-makers. You will be the link to the accountants and lawyers in the accounting field.

Your main tasks are:

• Group consolidation of monthly and annual accounts for Forenede Holding A/S’s subsidiaries for group reporting purposes
• Maintaining strong balance sheet controls and reconciliations
• Liquidity optimization and cash pooling activities
• Driving risk assessments and evaluations of major investments
• Participate in M/A transactions
• Create forecasting models and ensure all accounting activities comply with regulations

You have a master’s degree in finance and/or accounting, e.g., Cand.Merc.Aud. and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Danish and English.

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with reporting, accounting, and consolidation preferably from an audit firm combined with experience within the service industry, retail, or related set-up with a staff-intensive organization structure. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have worked in companies that have several subsidiaries and therefore has in-depth knowledge of group consolidation.

It will be an advantage if you have experience within a complex company setting where you have been validating and using master data for financial analysis and evaluations. Managerial experience is not a requirement but an advantage as you will be managing a Group Finance Controller in the HQ and advising the finance team members in the local subsidiaries.

You are a person with a strong drive who can maintain an overview and calmness in demanding situations. You work structured and analytically and possess a great professionalism. Furthermore, you are extremely loyal and have a natural authority as well as you can navigate among the organization’s many stakeholders.

Traveling: You will have to travel to Sweden a few days a year.

Domicile: Forenede Holding A/S has several subsidiaries in both Sweden and Denmark. Your daily workplace will be in the HQ placed in Søborg (later Ballerup), Copenhagen.
