Customer Program Management is the function that takes care of the service delivery, across all Ocean & Logistics products and all geographies for Maersk Key client program.

In this position you will play an instrumental role in further strengthening Customer Program Management (CPM) as a function supporting and driving value to our customers.

You will manage the global CPM talent development program focused on identifying and onboarding talents to CPM. You will be the anchor for the CPM capability focusing on adoption and development, you will drive the CPM community building and awareness within CPM and across Maersk.

The role would provide an opportunity to lead and support global projects and cross functional initiatives to further strengthen CPM.

The preferred location for this position is in Copenhagen HQ, Denmark, alternatively the position can be based in The Hague, Netherlands.Key responsibilities

Methodology

  • Program management methodology including the CPM Playbook (roles and responsibility, demarcations, assignment, tools, skills & capabilities etc)
  • Engagement model between CPM and Customer Experience including our Key Customer Experience Index.
  • Value creation and visibility - strengthen the value tracking of value to customer and value to Maersk.

Customer Program Management Community

  • ‘The Brand of CPM’ - awareness, impact and value of CPM.
  • Monthly CPM community calls.
  • CPM Newsletter to be shared with the wider Maersk

Capability building

  • CPM Capability Framework incl. capability assessment, development and tracking.
  • Leaders program for CPM built on Maersk Leadership Institute.
  • New Joiner Onboarding Program.
  • CPM Pinnacle Program – our inhouse program for career development within CPM.


Talent Development

  • Global CPM Talent Development Program (TDP) which is a joint program with Customer Implementation Management delivered in collaboration with Commercial Academy and Global Service Centre Learning & Development team


Your Stakeholders will be:

  • Sales and commercial teams
  • Verticals and Key Client Management community.
  • Program Management community.
  • Product Management.


Key requirements

  • 6+ years' experience within A P Moller Maersk or major International Logistics Company.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Program / Key Account / Management or Customer Experience (leadership role).
  • Exposure to working multi-cultural teams across multiple countries and functions.
  • Experience working with virtual teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Focused on customers and people.
  • Digital Literacy - data driven
  • Comfortable with agile ways of working and co-creation with others
  • Fluent communication skills in English
