Digital Sales & Engagement are responsible for engaging with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and app), as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels.
We are now looking for an experienced Engagement Lead to join the local leadership teams in Digital Sales & Engagement. This is a senior and key role in our Danish market, where you will be leading people within the engagement area across the various agile customer journey teams, to support the commercial priorities set in each market.
You will be reporting to the Nordic Head of Digital Customer Engagement, securing a strong link to peers across the Nordics, for development of strategies and playbooks and ultimately taking our engagement capabilities to the next level.
