Global Talent Acquisition Manager – Leadership Hiring Technology

Key responsibilities


As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support Maersk’ growing teams globally with focus on Leadership Hiring. You will be joining fast growing team, be supported by great colleagues and have a direct impact on company success.


For this you will:


  • Build trusted partnerships with Global business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities, and knowledge requirements & gaps.


  • Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation for Leadership hiring; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations


  • Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments


  • Lead a team of TA Recruitment Partners, Recruiters and Sourcers and deliver high quality recruitment deliverables on time


  • Manage and develop TAA team to deliver against recruitment KPIs; catering to global standards and critical business needs


  • Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market, and competitor intelligence



As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:


  • Number of years of experience recruiting for technology companies ideally in Leadership capacity


  • 3+ years in managing diverse cross-functional recruitment teams


  • Experience utilising hiring data to help impact business decisions and advise senior stakeholders


  • Experience in hiring and onboarding talent in multiple countries / globally is desirable


  • Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills


  • Blend of agency and internal recruiting background would be highly advantageous


  • Previous start up experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment


  • Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills


  • Proficiency in English language, additional European language skills would be highly advantageous
