As responsible for Product Management, you will be managing Product Management internationally, and you will manage dedicated and passionate colleagues with each of their fields of knowledge. Moreover, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, and your team will be responsible for executing roadmaps and securing that the high-tech solutions comply with today’s international standards. You will be part of the management team, and this is an exciting opportunity with a high level of responsibility and influence.

You will be responsible for:

• Product portfolio lifecycle management
• Defining product and solution strategy and roadmap
• Technical responses to customer’s requests for proposals/tender materials
• Building, developing, and managing the Product Management Team
• Budget responsibilities
• Participate in new projects
• Gathering competitor product intelligence

To succeed in the role responsible for Product Management, you can bridge the business, technology, customer needs, and market requirements. You have a minimum of 3 years of People Management experience from a similar position in an international organisation. Furthermore, you have experience with Stakeholder Management, especially working with R&D, engineering, and technical sales, as well as setting a clear strategic direction. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish or German will be an advantage.

You have a master’s degree, preferably in engineering or similar, and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably from an international and complex manufacturing company.

As a person, you have a proactive and innovative mindset. You have a good sense of detail while always maintaining a solution-oriented understanding of the product portfolio. You are motivated by having many various tasks and possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills. You consider yourself a self-starter with a strong drive, and you can move and change things.

Travelling: You should expect approximately 20-30 travel days per year.
