Our warehouse operation is growing fast and therefore we want to strengthen our Transport department on evening shift by adding a team leader. If you can see yourself as an important part of a company with big ambitions and an exciting journey ahead, then it might be you that we are looking for.

About the position:

As a team leader in the transport department you will be working closely with the department’s two coordinators. Together you will form a team that has to lead and motivate a group of people to perform their best every day.

The main task of your colleagues in the transport department is to put away the goods processed in our inbound department and supplying our picking department. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible while making sure we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported.

Your daily tasks will be:

Ensuring team and individual performance, hosting performance and behavior dialogs, approving the hours for employees, booking temps, upholding warehouse safety rules, and implementing new processes in the department to optimize workflow.

Qualifications:

The most important requirement for this position is your leadership skills, that is why we expect you to have experience in leading a team of employees from another workplace.

It is an advantage if you speak Danish or have experience working in the field of logistics and have knowledge about warehouse operations.

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday: 15:00 - 23:00

Friday: 14:30 - 22:00

Place of employment:

You will be working at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to in 2023.
