About this opportunity
Group Internal Audit is an independent function, supporting the Nordea Group Board and Group Executive Management in protecting the assets, reputation and sustainability of the largest bank in the Nordics.

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will play a valuable role in the execution of GIA’s strategy. Your main role in the Nordea Finance Audit team will be to lead and perform audits to assess the governance, risk management and control processes in the Nordea Finance organisation and contribute to the delivery of GIA’s project portfolio. In addition, you will need to develop good stakeholder and team relationships as part of this role and work in a strong audit team within GIA.

What you’ll be doing:

The role can be based in Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden. Group Internal Audit prioritizes use of technology to facilitate efficient, flexible working. This means that although you will work with colleagues around Nordics and Poland, travel is kept at family and environmentally friendly levels.

You will be reporting to the Head of Audit for the GIA Nordea Finance team. The role will not entail responsibility for managing staff. The role is based in Copenhagen; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm.
