Key responsibilities:

As Regional Customer Insights Manager you will, through timely and actionable market and customer insights, support and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with e.g., marketing, customer communication and sales.

You will also be accountable for identifying knowledge gaps - and initiating research together with your colleagues.

Other areas of responsibility:

  • Based on both internal and external data sources conduct deep dives into market trends and topical issues
  • Inform and qualify tenders with relevant insights, primarily on the basis of secondary data available
  • Provide Marketing with relevant insights prior to campaign development
  • When relevant, conduct customer research in Europe with the use of various methodologies to develop actionable insights.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate has a relevant education (MSc) combined with a background in Market Research/Insights (3+ years), preferably from a B2B business.

Your analytical mindset, problem solving ability and communication skills enables you to deliver clear and actionable recommendations based on data.

Furthermore you:

  • Have documented experience developing and embedding insights into an international organization
  • Have project management skills managing different and complex projects and tasks at one time, sometimes under tight deadlines
  • Are an extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders.

As a person you have a strong drive, can work independently, and at the same time are a strong team player, leveraging the experience of all members of the team when supporting the business.
