Would you like to develop business risk management processes and support Nordea Finans Danmark on its journey to become fully compliant? You would then be a key player by heading a fun and high performing team located in Taastrup, Copenhagen.

We are now looking for a new colleague to lead a team of specialists within non-financial risk management and to take an important role in the Company Management Team in Nordea Finans Danmark.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Business Risk Management & Execution DK team. We are part of a Nordic unit within Partner & Customer Services in Nordea Finance. We add value by ensuring quality in our compliance and operational risk processes, performing KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Risk and Control Self Assessments, as well as implementing new processes and controls within the organisation. All of which play a critical role in realizing our strategy and for Nordea Finance to become the customers first choice.

As the Team leader, you’ll play a valuable role by driving and securing smooth, efficient and high quality compliance and operational risk processes as possible.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll join a of specialists who are eager to ensure quality in everything we do. We collaborate daily with the whole Nordea Finance organisation and 2nd and 3rd Line of Defence in Nordea Group. The role is based in Høje Taastrup.
