We are looking for a Head of Strategy Delivery to establish and lead a new capability which will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the strategic agenda for Business Banking.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Business Banking Office, a Nordic team that is responsible for setting the strategic agenda for Business Banking and ensuring that all areas of Business Banking have strategies and execution plans in place. The goal is to ultimately create a better bank for SME customers across the Nordics
You will have a high level of a high level of autonomy and lead all aspects of the Strategy Delivery Unit, with accountability for the quality and oversight of Business Banking’s strategic delivery plan.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead a small team (2-3FTE) of skilful and enthusiastic professionals across the Nordics. You will exposed to a diversity of projects and extensive exposure to the Executive Leadership team which will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your career. The role can be based in any of the Nordic capitals.
