We are looking for a Team Leader to bring Anti-Money Laundering/Financial Anti-Crime and strong leadership experience to our Develop Transaction Monitoring Controls Team 5. About this opportunity
You’ll join our team within Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP), where we set the scene for developing automated transaction monitoring (TM) controls for the entire Nordea Group. Your team is based out of DK and UK, under Transaction Monitoring (TM) Change Management sub-unit. In TM Unit, we want to build teams where each team member is able to get the needed support from their leader and to secure a good work-life balance for our team leads.
Our teams core capabilities are Change Management, Project Management, Agile SAFe as execution engine and detailed knowledge on Financial Crime prevention area. We have a diverse team of different backgrounds and levels of knowledge, where our focus is on continuosly improving ourselves on an individual level and on team level.
We are looking for a Leader that supports us on our journey to increase our knowledge on Financial Crime prevention, brings us new solutions to fight against financial crime and supports our team members on their deliveries as servant leader.
