The role as Renewable Growth Enablement Lead offers a great opportunity to be part of a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our increased focus on Project Logistics. You will be part of a new build Global team as desire to deliver best in class service, effective communication, cost awareness and continuous performance which supports our growth aspirations and the success of our customers within Project Logistics.

The position can be based remotely, you must be prepared for business related travelling for shorter or longer periods of time.

Key responsibilities

As a Renewable Growth Enablement Lead, you will be a part of a team of 210 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers. The position is newly established and require an entrepreneurial mindset.

Together with the Wind & Renewable Energy team you will play a key role in designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordination of various projects for our customers as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing opportunities for MPL and coordinating with the solution team to provide pricing to opportunities brought forward by commercial teams

  • Maximizing synergies & overall profitability on opportunities

  • Supporting new business pursuits via our sales/internal stakeholders to deliver a sound business proposal on time

  • Ensuring that the sponsored RFQ & RFP proposals submitted are comprehensive, competitive and within the parameters set by global product as well as actively leading the RFI, RFQ and RFP process for MPL as co-sponsor with sales

  • Support sales in pursuit of deals for relevant products and Leading sales call for promotion of MPL capability to target customer, leveraging their product knowledge

  • Increasing knowledge & awareness of MPL with sales & internal stakeholders as well as Provide expertise for MPL as consultant to both internal stakeholders and customers and ensuring customer satisfaction within MPL

The ideal candidate for this role has excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and is a person who thrive in a complex work environment. We value our unique team and are looking for someone who shares our vision of teamwork being the backbone of all we do.

Required experience & skills:

  • Deep Special Project Logistics industry knowledge (5+ years) selling and solutioning our core technical service offerings

  • Financial & pricing acumen

  • In depth understanding of local (geo-scope) industry market trends

  • Solid understanding of customer industry needs & requirements for respective product

  • Strong understanding of commercial solution sales process

  • experience with/in the renewable wind sector is important.
