Do you take a huge interest in Design Thinking AND SCRUM as an enabler for efficient delivery of high-quality digital products? And – do you strive in knowledge sharing to accelerate and expand digital initiatives across the organization?
Then you might just be the leader we’re looking for to head our new team, User Centric Practices.
User Centric Practices will be instrumental in accelerating and expanding our digital initiatives across Lundbeck, building on the strong foundation already established in tight collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Digital Factory, anchored in Global IT, is pivotal to enabling this ambition. The Digital Factory has an ambition to not only develop and operate software efficiently, but also to ensure that user-centricity is at the core of all phases of the development cycle.
Building on the results created over the past 2 years; where solid companywide platforms, processes, methods, and governance has been established – in close collaboration with business – the stage is set for an acceleration and expansion of our digital initiatives.
The next phase of our digital transformation will require enablement of scalability and maturation through a uniform set of platforms, services, and methods.
This focus continues, but in a context of structured ways of working going hand in hand with customer centric creation of solutions. The User Centric Practice department will be a key driver in accelerating this phase.
You will become the leader of a team consisting of SCRUM masters, Service Designers and UI specialists as well as part of the Digital Factory’s leader team.
Further your responsibilities will be to:
- Define, consolidate, and implement WoW for the Digital Factory based on a combination of Design Thinking and SCRUM.
- Establish and drive community of practice to secure knowledge share and training within Digital Factory as well as a wider community of stakeholders in- and outside Global IT.
- In close collaboration with the Transformation office, to define and implement Digital Factory’s governance model, including prioritization, benefit tracking and reporting to support the agile processes.
- As the Digital Factory is in a build up phase, you will be a key driver for enabling a motivating and fun work-place for our hearts & brains.
Your background
You come with a background, where you have been responsible for and working with creating and implementing WoW, governance, and agile methods in a CoE or similar function.
You have a strong knowledge and experience with service design/UX/UI and agile methods.
You thrive in facilitating change processes and bringing people together.
You have experience in leading a diverse group of highly specialized individuals and not least experience from a large organization. Experience from Pharma, Life Science or other GxP organization is an advantage.
You have extensive skills within communication as well as stakeholder management.
