As Maersk Airfreight continues with its ambitious growth trajectory, we are hiring a Regional Growth Enablement Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing the airfreight product’s strategic initiatives for customer growth within the European region.

This role will work closely with both the sales and product teams to ensure we are exceeding volume and revenue targets.

This varied position can be filled at all MAERSK locations in Europe (e.g. Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, Madrid, Milan ...).

Your tasks:

  • Support and drive front line sales with a commercial and analytical approach in order to win new business and expand existing business
  • Ensure consistent monthly delivery of budgeted GP and volume numbers for the product by active monitoring of the global sales pipeline, including achieved business wins and conversion ratios across all sales channels
  • Develop sales plans together with the sales enablement team and regional/area product heads in order to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Conduct internal trainings, sales workshops, and customer workshops in order to improve the knowledge of Maersk Airfreight as a product offering
  • Consolidate and share market information including market development, competition, customer, and pricing trends
  • Provide product input for marketing and commercial activities

Your profile:

  • Fluent in English is a requirement, with any additional language(s) being an advantage
  • Experience in customer-facing engagements and presentations
  • Analytical and logical mindset to drive decision making by using qualitative and quantitative insights to achieve the targets
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability whilst leading by example with a roll-up your sleeves mentality, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution
  • Strong people focus and excel in creating clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Strong organizational, planning, process, & project management skills
  • Energetic personality that easily adapts to change
  • Ability to travel within Europe and potentially abroad
  • Bachelor or university degree
