As Maersk Airfreight continues with its ambitious growth trajectory, we are hiring a Regional Product Enablement Manager, who will be responsible for delivering solutions and value propositions which drive business growth and added customer value. The role will also be focused on what is needed to drive the airfreight product development and how to improve the overall value proposition.

This varied position can be filled at all MAERSK locations in Europe (e.g. Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, Madrid, Milan ...).

Your tasks:

  • Support front line sales in a customer-driven approach to identify pain points and needs to create and drive value proposition development on regional level
  • Work with product teams to develop solutions by providing customer insights
  • Assess customer needs against Maersk capabilities
  • Manage stakeholders and prepare progress and stakeholder reporting
  • Coordinates and aligns with other functions in relation to resources and specific cross-regional pursuits
  • Develop customer use cases based on insight to drive growth and new business development
  • Ensure the value proposition is of outstanding quality before submitting to the customer
  • Support with the onboarding and implementation of new customers
  • Host and support customer workshops

Your profile:

  • Fluent in English is a requirement, with any additional language(s) being an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of airfreight product concepts and services
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability whilst leading by example with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
  • Strong people focus and excel in creating clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Analytical and logical mindset to both solve exceptionally complex problems and drive decision making by using qualitative and quantitative insights to achieve the targets
  • Creative, inventive, and have a E2E process mindset
  • Strong organizational, planning, process & project management skills
  • Excellent listener and collaborator with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid commercial experience
  • Bachelor or university degree
