Join a global team of change management experts
Based at either our HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, or our office in Puurs, Antwerp, Belgium, you will join us to head a vibrant global Business Change Management team within Group Finance.
Here, you will be met by 9 great and very experienced colleagues working together from locations in Belgium, Kuwait, Denmark, the UK and Poland as they manage finance transformation projects across DSV.

Manage your team and participate in projects
As a manager, you will coordinate and prioritise tasks and projects, and guide your team in their work. Doing so, you will ensure that strategic Group projects are executed in the best way possible, and you will balance ongoing requests for changes from Group functions and other parts of the business.
Leading by example with a hands-on approach, you actively engage in projects and activities. In short, you will divide your time between project management and people management, dedicating approximately 30-40% of your time to managing the team and fostering their continuous development.

Manage your team and participate in projects

More specifically, some of your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring that proper resources and skills are available within the team and making sure that new team members are onboarded and trained
- Monitoring the use and effect of the change management tools used and activities performed
- Engaging with Group Process Owners to improve processes
- Monitoring the ERP systems and making sure they are maintained
- Managing stakeholders
- Performing various administrative management tasks, e.g. planning and reporting
You are an experienced people manager

We also expect you to:
- Possess knowledge of basic management practices and requirements
- Have hands-on experience with people management
- Bring extensive project and change management knowledge
- Have a solid understanding of standard accounting/finance/reporting processes
- Know your way around IT
- Understand SAP ERP templates – and if you understand TMS, this is a plus
- Speak and write English flawlessly
