As Global Finance Business Partner at Ramboll, you will become part of Business Finance Denmark; more specifically, you will become part of Ramboll’s Energy team within Business Finance, an area experiencing strong growth. The Business Finance department delivers business partnering, project controlling and financial project support to all of Ramboll’s markets operating in Denmark. Furthermore, they support their global setup across countries and work closely with their global setup in Finance and Business.

With direct report to the Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager for team Energy you will be working as a partner to Ramboll’s Business and be a part of their global finance community. Moreover, you will play a central role within the energy team as well as globally across countries. You will work in teams characterised by job satisfaction, independence, responsibility, and knowledge sharing.

Your main tasks are:

• Support Global Division Director with monthly closing, reporting validation and Line Management reporting
• Support Global Division Director in business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Work closely together with Finance Director for Energy
• Monitor business results globally, and create deviation reports to the finance director. Follow-up, problem-solving, and investigation of ad-hoc financial matters
• Support business cases, scenarios, etc.
• Utilize your networking skills effectively to work with the local business finance team to ensure the Global Division is receiving the necessary support
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Controlling services to Global Divisions
• Be an active team member in the Danish Business Finance organisation

You have some years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a project-oriented and/or global organisation.

You hold a relevant financial and educational background, e.g., a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Economics, Chartered Management Accountant, or the like

You are service-oriented, self-driven, and proactive. You work independently and take responsibility for the controlling agenda in your area. Moreover, you have a business-focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended stakeholders and make rational judgements from the available information and analysis. Finally, you are able to establish a timely assessment of risk and opportunity and transform these into high-quality recommendations or solutions.
