Your new job

In the role of responsible for Energy Management Nordic, you get the chance to be involved and influence early, you will conduct our operations and business development in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Your areas of responsibility will include:

• Business development of Energy Management
• Develop and coach the business area's managers
• Drive initiatives by Energy Management
• Benchmarking
• Create strategies by setting goals, implementing and following up
• Drive M&A agenda and dialogs cross the Nordics
• The role is part of the Growth Segment's management team

You as well as the managers you support will report to the division manager.

In Energy Management, we develop properties as a full-service provider to meet future requirements with reduced CO2 emissions. We optimize energy usage and lead our customers in the transition to renewable energy, while also monitoring, measuring, maintaining, and reporting improvements and performance in accordance with regulations and legal requirements.

Who are you?

• Has an academic education such as engineering combined with finance/marketing/change management
• Had a leading position for a large company
• Previously worked in a Matrix organization
• Is used to working globally with different cultures
• Has a background in Energy Management

As a person, you are driven, forward-thinking, and passionate about developing business. Building new is something you have experience with and enjoy. As you will be building your team, we see that you are a people person, have situational leadership, and are used to people's differences. As a leader, you are confident in yourself, humble, have a strong drive, and have very good cooperation skills. You are educational, good at creating networks and communicative, and a person who easily builds relationships and gets people on board with you!
