Area Manager with the desire to work with High Voltage technicians

The green transition is booming, and we need an Area Manager to manage our technicians in Poland, so we will be able to make our contribution in securing a stable and green energy supply. We are working closely together with our customers on different project all over the world, primarily with wind turbines offshore.

We offer you permanent employment in a company with high ambitions and naturally an intense focus on safety and quality. As our Area Manager you will working at our office in Stettin and be responsible for our Polish technicians, who travel around the world on projects on wind turbines.

Your tasks will be:

• High focus on safety and quality matters, ensuring they are addressed to the highest standard
• In collaboration with HR, hire and terminate technicians in Poland
• Ensure travel plans are updated and all relevant technicians are supported in arriving and leaving projects
• Addressing issues and questions from technician and ensure they are handled correct
• Having close contact with technicians and ensure that they thrive and are highly motivated
• Weekly approval of submitted hours from technicians
• Ad hoc tasks

Your qualifications:  

• You have 3 – 5 years of experience with management
• You might have an education or training within management, project management etc.
• A self-starter and fast learner that takes responsibility and initiatives
• You are concise, systematic, detail oriented and persistent
• Write and speak English professionally
• If you have experience in the wind industry it is an advantage.
