Our warehouse operation at NORMAL is expanding rapidly, and we are committed to strengthening our Internal Transport department for the evening shift by welcoming a dynamic Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader in the Internal Transport department, you will work closely alongside the department's coordinators and also have a close collaboration with the other team leaders in the department. Together, you will constitute a cohesive team tasked with leading and motivating a group of individuals to consistently deliver their best performance.
In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our operations. You will have the opportunity to bring a holistic perspective to the department, emphasizing efficiency and best practices. Your primary focus will be on overseeing and allocating production based on optimal processes, rather than actively engaging in production activities. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 35 employees who will report to you. Your primary mission will be to ensure that your team consistently executes tasks with a strong focus on safety, our core values, and achieving targeted objectives.
Moreover, your experience should demonstrate your proficiency in managing large teams effectively. While building strong relationships within the team is essential, you should also possess the ability to strike a delicate balance between fostering relationships and delivering measurable results.

Place of Employment:
You will be based at our current warehouse located North of Horsens in Gedved. However, we are currently in the process of constructing a new state-of-the-art logistics center in Hedensted, to which we will be relocating in 2023.
