Right now we are looking for an experienced HR Operations to join our HR-team, focusing on the Just Eat Takeaway Delivery business, Scoober. This is a maternity cover, which will extend through the time period January 2023 to February 2024. We expect you to have a solid background within the HR field on an operational level and have experience of working with several stakeholders (preferably in a global organisation). In addition, we expect you to have extraordinary people skills as well as a strategic mindset.
Just Eat Takeaway owns its own delivery service network, called Scoober, which operates in numerous cities in Europe. With our own drivers, we build the bridge between restaurants and customers. To add to that, Just Eat Denmark is part of Just Eat Takeaway.com, a leading global online food delivery marketplace headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on the London Stock Exchange. The role entails taking responsibility for the operational management of HR administration for our Couriers. In addition, you will be managing a team of 2 members, so structure and strategic thinking is a must. To ensure an effective day-to-day operation, you will collaborate with the operational Scoober Team Leads to determine needs and requirements.

About the role

Your primary role in this position is to be responsible for the efficient and effective operational management in terms of HR administration for our couriers as well as your HR team. In addition, your role will entail:
- Manage and coordinate the day to day workload of the team members and make sure they can run a smooth administrative process
- Develop your team members to reach all SLA's and KPI's
- Conduct performance review with employees and provide continuous feedback
- Be responsible for the efficient and effective operational management in terms of HR administration for our Couriers
- Signal and report bottlenecks and pro-actively propose improvements to administrative/operational HR procedures and contribute to implementation
- Work closely with stakeholders from other departments e.g. Payroll, Recruitment, Local Operations
What do we expect?
- An understanding of HR and at least 3 years of experience from a similar HR role, for example HR ops or HR administrator.
- Strong knowledge in Local Labour Law
- Have management experience and have been working with KPI and SLAs.
- Excellent people skills and a supportive approach towards all stakeholders
- Familiar with high volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Affinity working with different systems and tools (i.e. Google Suite, Salesforce)
- Proactive, decisive, data-driven mindset. Hands-on mentality, problem solver and analytical view
- Fluency in English and Danish is a must
