Area Manager Poland for high voltage technicians

Are you an Area Manager with the desire to work with High Voltage technicians?

The green transition is booming, andwe need a Polish Area Manager to lead, steer and mentor our team of qualified HV technicians, in our contribution in securing a stable and green energy supply. We are collaborating closely with our customers on different project all over the world, primarily with the building and maintaining wind turbines offshore.

As our Area Manager you will working at our office in Stettin and manage all our Polish technicians, who produce their highly valuable HV skills around the world on major wind turbines projects.

Your tasks will be:

• High focus on all Health, Safety and Quality areas, ensuring they are addressed to the highest of standard.
• Close collaboration with HR department, in the hiring and termination of Polish technicians.
• Ensuring all relevant travel arrangements are successfully updated and all relevant technicians are supported in arriving and leaving projects.
• Addressing issues and questions from technician and ensuring they are managed correctly.
• Having close contact with technicians and ensure that they thrive and remain a highly motivated professional team.
• Approval of all submitted Weekly working hours from technicians.
• Ad hoc tasks.

Your qualifications:  

• Education and Experience of around 3 – 5 years in Management is ideal suited for this position.
• Managerial qualifications and project management like Prince 2, NEBS in Supervisory management or equivalent.
• A self-starter and fast learner that takes responsibility and initiatives.
• Proficient in being concise, systematic, meticulous and persistent.

Write and speak English professionally. If you have experience in the wind industry it is an advantage.
