Our rapidly expanding warehouse operations at Normal require us to fortify our Reworks department with two dedicated Team Leaders who can thrive in an evening shift role. About The Position:
As a Team Leader for the Reworks Department at Normal Warehouse, your role is crucial in overseeing the processing and quality control of our goods. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for tasks such as relabeling, refurbishing, and ensuring the quality of our products. Your responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards in the department.
Working Hours evening shift:
Monday – Thursday: 15:00 - 23:00
Friday: 14:30 - 22:00
Key Responsibilities:
As a Reworks Team Leader, your daily operational tasks will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities. These include managing shift schedules, arranging the attendance of temporary workers, recruiting new team members, conducting one-on-one discussions with employees, facilitating development conversations, and handling matters such as sickness-related discussions, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the Reworks department.

We expect these two leaders to collaborate and be available to assist in Horsens if needed, to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our reworks processes across both sites.
