Your areas of responsibility
As the Head of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio, product investments as well as technological advances. This is reaching far beyond technical focus and embracing a holistic commercially minded strategy and approach.

The Head of Product Management will report to the Senior Vice President of R&D and will become a fully integrated member of the global R&D Leadership Team, together heading a global organization counting +350 employees. The position is placed in Denmark (Lystrup or Søborg), and regular travel between these locations is expected. Your core responsibilities will cover:

• Build, lead and inspire a highly skilled product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Implement a best-in-class Product Management toolbox and process landscape.
• Develop and execute a forward-thinking product portfolio strategy aligned with sales.
• Drive and develop Customer-Centric innovation by anticipating industry trends, aligning with customer needs, and positioning our products as leaders in the market.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed the stringent requirements of defense, security, and space industries.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including defense agencies and security organizations, to understand their evolving challenges and translate those insights into product features and enhancements.
• Elevate our technical capabilities by leveraging your deep understanding of complex systems and technologies, ensuring our products are robust, cutting-edge, and stand out in the market.
• Manage and drive process of collaborating closely with engineering teams to drive innovation from concept to product launch while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
• Drive and lead the intersection of technology and business, ensuring our products not only meet technical standards but also align with commercial goals.
