Position Overview: Global Head of Program Management Office - Air

As the Global Head of our Program Management Office for Air, you’ll play a central role in steering us to new heights. Collaborating with a team of experts in a dynamic environment, you'll oversee a portfolio of critical projects poised to revolutionize our air operations and drive global impact.

Note: This role does not involve people management, but it requires exceptional stakeholder and leadership skills as you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a program of multiple projects in a highly complex technical and stakeholder environment within Air Product.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of the Air strategy and transformation agenda.
• Coordinate important Air memos, manage Air leadership meetings, and facilitate internal communications.
• Improve reporting and KPI steering in Air.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to the Global Head of Air.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Deep understanding of Logistics and Airfreight.
• Strong conceptual capabilities, strategic thinker, proficient in numbers.
• Well-organized, strong in time-management, detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Team player.
