Senior Manager, Head of OT Security

Your position

As a Head of OT Security in Semco Maritime, you will contribute to the creation of renewable energy solutions, as a key player in strengthening the company’s OT security maturity level.

You will head the team responsible for activities related to network specification, servers, OTS functionality, OTS documentation and regulatory compliance. You are not expected to master all activities but need to have a solid knowledge of the OT Security area including IEC62443, NERC CIP or similar standards. Currently running 5-6 projects related to OT Security are under execution, on top of this serval projects are in tender stage with OT Security in scope.

Your new team is located at Esbjerg and Ballerup, Denmark as well as in Gdynia, Poland, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and you may freely choose to be located in either location.

Your tasks & responsibilities

In the role you will be leading the team to set a clear overall direction for OT Security, and you will ensure that the right team is set for all our projects, manage recruitment and development of the team, and ensure a consistent focus on driving performance and initiatives related to cost-effectiveness.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Leadership and management of the team, including hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees.
• Responsibility for performance/quality on entire portfolio within own technical discipline area (tender, projects).
• Ensuring coherency as widely as possible in technical solutions across the portfolio.
• Coordinate, delegate and prioritize projects activities and tasks.
• Cooperation and coordination with other technical areas.
• Participating in tender solutions within own area (review, QA/AC)
• Coordination with Product Line on technical architectures, cost levels and engineering estimates.

With reference to the Director of Engineering, you will be an integral part of the business unit’s management team. You will be expected to form strong working relationships with e.g. sales, tender, project management and other technical departments.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience from the Energy industry and preferably also from the offshore wind industry. You hold a Bachelor or a Master of Science and have a proven track record within team management – either through project management and/or from a head of department function.

As Head of OT, you are assertive, nurture a trust-building environment and carry the ability to delegate and empower people effectively. You know that it is all about creating results through building a strong, motivated, and engaged team. You are focused, structured, solution-oriented and handle stakeholders proactively.
