Are you ready to drive the Specialty Rental Division to new heights in China?
Considering the huge potential, the future growth outlook and the specific culture, a dedicated Country Manager should develop the business and the organization in China. As a Business Leader you will at first instance report to the President of the ASR Division.
What can you expect?
As Country Manager you will drive sustainable profitable growth in the rental organization that includes a local sales and operation team, local fleet ,around 30+ employees and with an estimated turnover of approximately 4 Mio Euro.
The mission
In general, your mission is to continuously deliver specialized agile solutions. In so doing, you contribute to secure the present and future success of our customers, enabling a smarter use of natural resources, while improving both safety and quality of life.
Specifically, you will accelerate the growth of our specialized temporary projects and further evolve and deploy highly localized business models. In support of this growth, it is expected that you will also develop a strong operational infrastructure and build a carefully selected rental fleet.

Expand – improve conversion within the explored market to increase opportunities and close deals. Focus on both continuous improvement and quantum leaps.
Excite – relentlessly evolve customer experience. Increasing and improving our interactions (digital, virtual or physical) with the many different roles we work with inside a customer.
Organizational Strategy

What we expect of you?
Experience requirements
The successful candidate should have a solid sales & marketing experience and preferably experience in rental operations.
University degree - technically or commercially oriented - or similar through experience.
You have awareness of local cultures and international business environments.
The candidate shall have good command of English, good knowledge of the Way and should have excellent financial skills.
Personality requirements
Competency is more than ever a combination of knowledge, experience and attitude.
