The Global TAA (Talent Acquisition & Attraction) Continuous Improvement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across frontline warehouse and driver hiring.

This role will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within frontline recruitment, implementing process enhancements, and leading strategic projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our global warehouse recruitment operations. They will partner with multiple stakeholder groups including Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, People Platforms, People Technology and People Partners to ensure TA meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement continuous Improvement strategies globally to streamline and simplify recruitment processes within warehouse environments.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize workflow and increase productivity.

  • Collaborate within cross-functional project teams to execute improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment against broader frontline priorities.

  • Collaborate with regional frontline leads, People Partner Heads and TA Ops to understand regional nuances and tailor improvement strategies accordingly.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Frontline TA team, fostering innovation and creative problem-solving.

  • Ensure any change initiatives within TA Operations have considered frontline requirements and meet the needs of our warehouse workforce.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global warehouse recruitment practices, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Provide training and support to wider TA team members on new processes and tools implemented as part of improvement initiatives.


What we would like you to have:

  • Deep understanding of high volume fast paced warehouse and/or driver recruitment.

  • Background in recruitment technology and recruitment system implementation or continuous improvement initiatives, ideally with prior experience of utilizing Workday for frontline hiring.

  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile, with a track record of successful project implementation.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work within a complex global matrix environment with autonomy.
