We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person to join Energy Transition Execution, Innovation & Partnerships organisation that is shaping and maturing the customer solutions of tomorrow.
As a Senior Decarbonisation Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful scoping and delivery of customer engagements that we undertake to decarbonize logistics for our customers. As part of delivering customer engagements, you will analyse customer supply chains, identify opportunities and create innovative solutions to decarbonize logistics. Reporting into the Head of Solution Design, you will have a direct impact in driving positive change in the industry, while delivering the success of our Integrator Strategy.
Your primary focus will be on developing solutions and executing project plans, managing internal stakeholders, mobilizing company resources, and driving project teams to achieve planned timelines and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development and Project Delivery:
- Collect and evaluate supply chains, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in terms of decarbonisation
- Identify customer-specific opportunities to reduce carbon impact through network optimisation, modal shifts and energy transition
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments to assess the viability and impact of potential decarbonisation projects
- Design and manage the tools and templates
Project Planning, Management & Governance:
- Develop comprehensive project goals, plans and governance for each customer partnership project in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure project timelines and quality of deliverables are adhered to throughout the project, communicate progress to stakeholders
- Identify and manage potential risks
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing best practices
- Establish project governance framework and guidelines to ensure adherence to planned timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
- Own all internal communications during and post project completion
- Document project summaries, learnings, and organize feedback sessions post completion of the projects
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships within Energy Transition, Commercial Sustainability, Area Product managers, customer account teams and other internal stakeholders to gain support and alignment
- Collaborate with customers and other external partners to achieve timely and high-quality outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging practices in supply chain decarbonisation and share relevant insights with the team.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics)
- Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge and understanding of logistics and supply chain
- Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels and effectively convey complex information
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in tools and software for project management, analysis (e.g. Microsoft Excel), data visualisation tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) and network optimisation software
- Comfortable with 30% international travel annually and flexible working hours
